Overnight Retreat: Pray Like a Saint
RESCHEDULED DUE TO WEATHER
New Dates: Friday, January 31 - Saturday, February 1 at Montgomery Bell State Park
What could two women mystic saints of old have to teach us about prayer? Come and listen as Hildegard of Bingen (1098) and Julian of Norwich (1342) welcome us into ways of prayer that enliven our imagination, offer hope for life in 2025, and confirm that we are deeply loved. In the midst of the swirl of busy life, are you seeking some peace? We invite you to enjoy a restful overnight retreat with opportunity for delightful conversation and fellowship at beautifully renovated Montgomery Bell State Park. Led by Margery Kennelly and our engaging guest speaker, Sharon Cottingham, you can enter a time of spiritual growth and reflection with other women of the church. The retreat cost is $125 per person (paid directly to the church) and a special group rate at the lodge of $170 per room (paid directly to the lodge).
Questions? Contact Robin at robin.puryear@stgeorgesnashville.org or 615-385-2150 x 247. There is no transportation provided for this retreat.
